The Level 1 Self Development Course:

6 Weeks to change your life forever.Miynd’s Level 1 Course provides an excellent starting point and a solid foundation for a healthy attitude to self development. It’s not about being lectured to and having somebody’s philosophy/religion/spirituality sold to you. It’s about joining a few dots and allowing yourself to see the connections in your mind that have been guiding you so far... and how to make changes.

Almost immediately you will notice you are able to develop a very different perspective on life, allowing you to see how you get to where you want to go with much less effort. In each module there are concise explanations and examples, exercises, and opportunities for reflection, which together with your experienced personal coach will guide you through your practice in the following weeks. All groups are purposely kept small to enable a very personal approach. Every week you will receive a printed Module covering all you have learned, and an MP3 meditation download relative to the Module along with further notes and exercises.

Furthermore, the calm and relaxed environment offers an ideal venue to learn in. One change of perspective is all it takes to engage with the true meaning of life...

Level 1 Course Modules:

​Directed Mindfulness - Week 1
We begin by learning how to access your own mind with Relaxation and Mindfulness, allowing you to see how your subconscious focus really does define your entire life.

Reframing - Week 2
Reframing (the past) gives you a solid foundation method to change any unhealthy subconscious beliefs. When you can alter your feelings at this level change will follow quickly.

Presence - Week 3
Presence (in the present) is about bringing everything into the moment and maximise all you have - and there will be plenty that you didn’t even know you have.

Visualizing - Week 4
Visualizing (the future) begins to explain how the way you think and focus on anything will directly affect if and how fast you get it. Be careful what you wish for!

Goals and Coaching - Week 5
Setting your mind up to succeed is only a part of the equation; at some point you have to go out and do it. And you can work hard at it, or work smart at it.

Going forward - Week 6
Everything comes together for the final week of the Level 1 Course, showing you how to bring awareness to what you are doing, make the changes you want to make, and go forward with great confidence. The meaning of life is much simpler than you might imagine...

Miynd Level 2

​The Level 2 Advanced Self Hypnosis Course takes all of the knowledge and ‘light-bulb moments’ from level 1 and brings them into everyday situations. Once you have realised how to alter attitudes and beliefs, the next step is to use your understanding in day to day situations and events to make changes.

In Level 1 we started our training by acknowledging that everything we currently see and do is filtered through the kaleidoscope of our previous experiences. With this in mind, we started to see that those experiences therefore define our lives and how we feel about who we are.  With awareness not only have we started to understand just how deeply this filter works, but also what we can do with it; how it can be manipulated.
You may already have realised by now that this process never actually comes to an end. Like climbing a mountain, once you find one peak – one plateau of enlightenment where you can see so much – another appears before you to be ascended. And if we are wise, we treasure those climbs for the incredible panoramas they lead us to.

Clean Language
Week 1: Module 7 begins by exploring the powerful tool of language, and how we can become mindful of its use. Words are an efficient form of communication but it is worth remembering that our words are not only heard by others, but by our own subconscious too. 

Use of Metaphors
Week 2: Storytellers have used metaphor for centuries, for example in fables and fairy tales. How much more potent to a child is the story of Red Riding Hood, compared to simply explaining the real-life dangers of wandering off alone. Similarly, therapists use this technique as it is extremely beneficial in dealing with past trauma or current issues, by directly communicating with the subconscious in a much more meaningful way than straightforward conversation can achieve.

Regression
Week 3: As an advanced hypnotherapy tool, Regression aims to alter current behaviour or feelings caused by the negative impact of past events. We looked at a similar but less complex technique - Reframing – in a Level 1 module.  Regression can be used much like a hard reframe... to effectively rewrite how your emotions remember the past.

Relationships
Week 4: In this Module we look at how your subconscious is influencing your preconceptions, and consider what techniques can be used to filter out negative emotional responses. Once a more balanced emotional vantage point is reached, you can start to see a truer picture of where you are and where you would like to be in any relationship. You can become much more open to really seeing other people and situations for what they are.  

Health
Week 5: Holistic practitioners have long known what medical studies have since proven – the powerful link between physical and mental health.   There is now no doubt that the mind can not only cause illness, but also make us well, and we have all heard of cases that “defy medical science”.  When illness fails to respond to conventional medical treatment, it is time to consider whether there are contributing factors within the subconscious that need to be addressed. In this module we will explore how self-hypnosis can be used to identify underlying mental issues, and to break any connection between the issue and the manifestation of ill health. 

Fluid
Week 6: You will have come to appreciate how the mind is never stagnant; it is a constantly evolving network. In human evolution, the organisms that survive are the ones that learn to adapt.  And now you can adapt and modify all of the methods you have studied so far, using them to suit your own individual needs. Drawing together all you have learned to date, you can avoid the pitfalls of taking a rigid stance and reacting out of habit, and instead, become always open to a new perspective and the possibilities of change. And when you have this awareness and adaptability, you have created your own fluidity.
All groups are purposely kept small and each week you will receive a printed Module covering all you have learned, and an MP3 meditation download relative to the Module you have just studied.
